I'm Coach Kiwi, and I’m about to take you inside the world of bodybuilding training. Right now, I’m preparing for my next bodybuilding competition—cutting, shaping, dialing in every detail of my physique. And for the next 8 weeks, I want YOU to train with me.

QUESTIONS
Do I need to have lifting experience?
This training camp is for those that have at least some lifting experience. Intermediate to advanced experience is mandatory.. Everyone will evolve as we will be teaching and reteaching to everyone.
What time are live classes?
All LIVE Training sessions 5am EST on the weekdays. Coaching Meetings & Nutrition classes will vary,
What equipment will I need?
Mandatory equipment needed would be 5-25lb dumbbells, weight bench, resistance bands. However, we will discuss options for advanced training that will involve, barbells, and other lifting equipment.
