Focus: Upper Body Strength & Muscular Endurance Muscular strength and endurance are critical for HYROX performance. This class develops upper body power, strength, and fatigue resistance so you can move weight efficiently—even under pressure. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Bench or Chair Optional Equipment: Ski Erg, Rower, Sled, Treadmill, Sandbag, Medicine Ball Coach’s Note: Meet me 10 minutes before class for mobility and activation.
