

As I step into my 45th year, I wanted to create something meaningful
something that reflects not just where I’ve been, but who I’m becoming.
I’ve always loved the discipline behind programs like 75 Hard, but while planning for this challenge I realized that my journey, our journey requires something different. Something more intentional. More healing. More aligned with real life, real women, and real growth.
That’s where 45 H.A.R.D was born.
This challenge is inspired by my own road to 45… the highs, the breakdowns, the rebuilding, the discipline, and the devotion it takes to evolve. But unlike 75 Hard, this isn’t about punishment or perfection. This is about

HOW TO JOIN
There is no official start date for this challenge, you begin when YOU are ready. But hear me clearly: once you start Day 1, you are locked in for all 45 days. No pauses, no resets, no excuses. You finish what you start.
You can join 45 H.A.R.D in three ways:

Perfect for anyone who just wants to tap into the WWL Community, check in daily, and stay connected. You’ll get access to the group, the challenge structure, and the support.
✔ Self-Guided Option — Full Program, Your Pace
You’ll get the complete 45-day training program, nutrition framework, mindset work, lifestyle habits, H.A.R.D daily checkboxes, and masterclasses. Everything is provided so you can follow independently and stay consistent.
✔ Coaching Option — Train Live With Coach Kiwi
This tier includes everything in the Self-Guided option PLUS live training sessions 3x per week with Coach Kiwi and the WWL Coaches (Upper Body, Lower Body, and HIIT Cardio), community coaching, and deeper accountability.
